Sugar Shack

Canadians and their maple syrup…  Well, actually, not just Canadians.  I went with a few Japanese and some French-speaking people to the Sucrerie de la Montagne in Rigaud, Québec to stuff our faces with pancakes, sugar pie, sausages, bacon, ham, and potatoes.  The Canadian breakfast of champions!
