Would you hand over your Facebook username and password for a job?

The City of Bozeman in Montana requires all job applicants to write down all their Web sites usernames and passwords, including their own personal site, Facebook, Twitter, etc., for background checks.  At that point, the City might as well just ask for the applicant’s house and car keys for inspection!
