"And you have my e-mail address I think lol"

Let me know your e-mail address

I was reading about the new upcoming Search feature on Facebook when I noticed a comment in the appended thread that somehow got on my nerves.

Tried to figure a way to ask you a question, so here it is… Can we get 200 pictures to 1 photo book? If so I can merge a few books that would save me a lot of separate photo books. Can you e-mail me if I can merge some books to hold 200 pictures. Thanks Zdanax aka Sharilyn and you have my e-mail address I think lol If not it is [snip]@[snip] and let me know your e-mail address so if I have a few question’s I can e-mail it to you rather than post it here.

My dear Sharilyn, you really think the great workers at Facebook will bother to check any thread to see if there are support requests?  They’ve done enough work already, and now it’s your turn.  You go ahead and merge those photo albums and leave them alone.  Also, stop pestering them to get their e-mail address just in case you have a few “question’s”.  If you need help on using Facebook, go to their Help Centre, like everybody else.

Safari tells IE6 to go home

Go home, IE6!

After having seen the overly judgemental IE6 splash pages and this more light-hearted error page for IE6 users at Momentile, I’m considering making a directory of all IE6 error pages I can find on my upcoming portfolio site.  I wonder if I should, however, considering the original poster and creator of the judgemental splash pages took down the original post off his site.

(Thanks to my friends for the reference to Momentile’s error page and the screen shot.)

Video of people enjoying porn

People watching porn

That’s how your face looks like when you jerk off. Thanks, Boing Boing!

The video is interesting. Sure, you can just skip forward to all the weird faces people make, and their eyes rolling up, but I do recommend you watch the video in full. People tell about their first encounter with porn and their opinion about it.  The ecstasy faces are more of a comic relief, if you ask me.

I do agree with the statements by the third person in the video.  She says that porn is too easily accessible and always “in our face”.  I tend to concur.

Replying to ads

Congratulations, dude!

My reply was, “Congratulations, jackass! You made it on Rémino!”.  Not only the ad banner looks stupid, merely removing “dude” would have helped their case a lot.

Bing: Now easier to filter out porn!

Bing for Bing

I’m so glad when search engines keep me and my children away from porn. (I don’t have kids.) Searching for “bing” on Bing — or rather “binging for ‘bing’”? — reassures me that Bing is here to protect my virgin eyes from ever seeing a piece of posterior again.
