Don't get your hopes up. I'm not shooting any Hollywood-style movie any time soon.

My friend NoMez and I are currently producing some short, really low-budget movies. The movies will be either produced by me, with the label "Tuvu," by NoMez, with the label "Drema Productions," or both as a collaboration.

For the moment, the movie ideas we have are mostly comedies or parodies. However, we'd like to produce some dramas, documentaries, and horror movies when we're starting to get better. To give you an idea how low-budget they are, we spend around just a few bucks for props and we're using my digital camera to capture everything, including the sound. Most of the movies will be shot in French, but we're interested to do productions in English and possibly later in Japanese. We also wish to make most of the later productions multilingual.

All we're looking for is for volunteers who are interested to participate in our movies, either as actors or production workers. We're amateurs: you don't need to be experienced. (We're both the worst actors we ever saw on screen!) For actors in our comedy films, be ready to laugh at yourself and to let countless viewers do the same. As for the production crew, we're not expecting much either. Simply, we sometimes need an extra pair of hands for the camera. We probably want a sound person soon too. Also, do not worry about the language you can speak, or languages you can't speak.

Everybody's work, including ours, is purely voluntary. At the moment, it is not for profit. Any revenue we get from our productions, if any, in invested in the production for later movies. We will publish our work online, including our professional and personal sites, and major Web sites such as YouTube, Facebook, and Revver. We may also publish the work on any media, including DVDs, for private and public sharing.

We have no specific role at the moment. At this time, we're only creating a list of people we may contact when needed. It will save us time when we're looking for people, since at the moment, we contact who we know when we need people.
